Synopsis[]

Three Kings Saga[]

Shogo is first seen greeting Yusuke Urameshi where he welcomes him to his home and offers him some tea. He later offers to tell Yusuke's fortune via palm reading, to which he correctly surmises that the spirit detective is feeling uncertain of his place in life and that dangerous forces will be coming for him regardless of how he chooses to live. Soon enough, Hokushin, Seitei, and Touou arrive to request that Yusuke accompany them to Demon World in order to meet with their ruler Toshin Raizen, who is also Yusuke's ancestral father. Kuroko jokingly asks Shogo if he would consider using Demon World's lore, particularly Yusuke's encounter with Raizen's subordinates, for a future book of his, but Shogo does not believe that it would appeal to readers as the premise is too fantastical for his usual writing.

When Yusuke begins to leave the Sato property after Kuroko states she cannot help him due to his acceptance of demons eating humans, Shogo calls after him and finishes his fortune by saying that ahead of Yusuke lies a bloody separation that will occur between him and his loved ones.

Abilities[]

Shogo seems to be a normal human being, other than his ability to read peoples palms. It is unknown if he knew about this ability before meeting Kuroko, or if she helped him develop it.

He has stated himself, that he isn't a fighter and would rather lead a peaceful life.
