M5 (M-5号?) was a demon and a member of Team Ichigaki during the Dark Tournament Saga.
Appearance[]
He appeared to be a younger demon, with blond hair, tanned skin and a muscular body. He had leopard like spots all over his long tail and sharp claws.
Personality[]
M5 appeared to be the more sensible and intelligent of the duo as demonstrated when he unleashed Gatasubal on Hiei and Kurama instead of fighting them directly upon M4 being killed. He did appear to have some confidence in M4's strength, as shown from his surprise that the latter was felled so quickly, but didn't show much concern beyond that. He is very loyal to Dr. Ichigaki seemingly by choice and takes time to brag about his master's ingenuity and Gatasubal's capabilities and was shocked upon Kurama discovering the machine's weakness.
Synopsis[]
Dark Tournament Saga[]
He made his debut alongside the rest of his Team prior to facing Team Urameshi. Later before the start of the match, he and M4 confronted Hiei and Kurama in a nearby forest. However, after his partner was killed by the duo, he activated Dr. Ichigaki's Gatasubal, allowing it to do the fighting for him. Eventually the two were able to defeat it and him, and tortured him into revealing information about Mitamura. When the two demons arrived at the arena with Gatasubal, M5 was last seen being thrown across the ring, his fate unknown. However in the manga, after the robot is defeated, he is tortured by Kurama and Hiei to reveal the location of Ichigaki's lab, and is cut into several pieces (despite Kurama's claim that they wouldn't kill him if he surrendered).
