Yusuke's Destiny is the 1st episode of season 4 of YuYu Hakusho. It aired on August 20, 1994 in Japan and December 3, 2005 in the United States.

Short Summary

Yusuke Urameshi suffers from a recurring nightmare that he cannot shake. Is this a mere inconvenience? Or are there deeper meanings hidden behind the strange happenings? Genkai sends Yusuke to the home of a former spirit detective. But what he doesn't know is that someone knows his fate... and more about his past than he ever thought possible!

Detailed Summary

Yusuke is informed that Koenma (in his adult form) is hiding from the Spirit World for disobeying the direct order of having Yusuke erased from existence. Desperate to find a solution to his situation, Yusuke later visits Genkai, who advises him to go to the home of a former spirit detective named Kuroko Sato, getting to know her children (Kaisei and Fubuki) and her husband as well as their talents. He is approached by three mysterious demon monks, who offer an invitation for Yusuke to travel back to the Demon World.
