The Deadly Trio!! (三匹の妖怪!!, San-biki no yōkai!!) is the 20th chapter of the YuYu Hakusho manga, written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi.
Summary[]
Yusuke was patrolling the area where Koenma told him he can find the criminals. He saw three guys, one of which had horns. In the meantime, Botan was reviewing the criminals and told Koenma that Yusuke didn't had a chance against them. Koenma agreed, planning to give easier task to Yusuke, but as his father was going home in a week, he had no choice as those items were his fathers favorite and if he finds they were stolen, he his rage would reach both heaven and earth.
Meanwhile, in a forest the tree demons, Goki, Hiei and Kurama were looking at the items they stole. Kurama wanted to leave the group, but Goki and Hiei wouldn't let him go with his item. Yusuke then appeared, saying he will be taking all three items. Kurama decided to stay put, while Hiei took a defense and Goki went to face Yusuke. Goki then took out his item and a soul out of it and ate it. Yusuke then attacked him and made him spit out the soul. Angered Goki transformed into his demon form and started attacking Yusuke, who was surprised by his monster appearance and strength. As he realized he can't shoot out his Rei Gun as he wasted it on Iwamoto, he thought he was going to die.
