Qualifications for a Girlfriend! (恋人の条件!!, Koibito no jōken!!) is the 13th chapter of the Yu Yu Hakusho manga series, written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi.
Summary[]
Botan wondered if Yusuke wanted to see his girlfriend Keiko, he denied, but hearing about it made Sayaka interested and she wanted to see her. Seeing Keiko, Sayaka started comparing to her. Botan realized she was developing feelings for Yusuke, but Yusuke was clueless about it. Eventually Sayaka decided to put Keiko on a test, to see if she was worth being Yusuke's girlfriend. She started following Keiko and realized she was popular, smart, athletic and declined the feelings of another boy for Yusuke.
Keiko went to Yusuke's house and saw another note from Atsuko, that she will be away and then saw the mess she made. She got annoyed, but cleaned the house and took care of Yusuke. Keiko was about to kiss Yusuke, when she got surprised by a siren announcing that the conditions are very dry and there is danger of fires. Keiko then left and moments later, Yusuke's group saw a man starting a fire on Yusuke's house. They tried calling for help, but no one could hear them. Moments later crowds were gathering in front of the house and Keiko heard them talking and saw the house on fire and returned, splashed some water on her and without hesitation entered the house.
